We kindly ask you to pay the tourist taxes and the stay in the case of a refundable rate at check-in, in the case of self check-in the day after arrival.
The apartments are generally available from 2.00 pm, we recommend communicating your arrival time in advance so the management can create an order of priority in the preparation of the apartments and thus do everything possible to ensure that the apartment will be ready for your arrival. On the day of departure the apartment must be vacated by 10:00. Exceptions are possible, by prior arrangement, with a possible difference in price.
There are no check-in time limits, upon agreement with the management it is possible to do the self check-in which allows our guests to arrive when they prefer and access the structure independently. Self check-in is very simple and we will always be available on a dedicated telephone number 24 hours a day.
Breakfast is not provided. The apartments have a fully equipped kitchen. Next to the reception entrance there are two vending machines for hot drinks such as coffee, tea, chocolate, cappuccino, etc., cold drinks and small sweet and savory snacks. A few meters away from the residence there are excellent bars and pastry shops.
In each apartment you will find: one or two king size double beds that can be divided into single beds and a single or double sofa bed (consisting of two comfortable single beds). The beds will already be ready. One or two bathrooms with spacious shower cubicle, complete with linen, hairdryer and courtesy set. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and in some apartments also with oven and/or microwave (a small set with sponge and dish soap and dishwasher tablet is supplied). LCD TV, free Wi-Fi. Safe. Air conditioners. Drying rack and iron, in some apartments also a washing machine (single-dose detergent for the washing machine can be bought at reception). Cleaning of the apartments with linen change once a week. Electronic card (badge) to open the gates, the entrance door and activate the electrical system. Parking for one car per apartment.
The Residence has two wheel-chair accessible apartments with parking space in front of the entrance and a bathroom specially equipped for diverse-ability clients.
The reception is generally open on weekdays from 9:00 to 17:00. The reception is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Due to the Covid-19 epidemic, reception hours may vary. For guests of the structure we will always be available by telephone 24 hours a day at a dedicated telephone number. By prior arrangement, it is possible to request the opening of the reception outside the indicated hours.
Each apartments contains a safety box protected by a code number.
Each apartments has a free wifi connection with high-speed link.
All the apartments have a parking space inside the residence, under video surveillance, with access and exit through the automatic gates.
One small well behaved dog is welcome. Cats are not accepted. It is necessary to communicate the presence of a pet at the time of booking. A small supplement is required for them.

No, the apartments are all no smoking, but being equipped with terrace or porch you can smoke outside.
